As many of you are probably already aware, appraisal districts have sent out property tax notices, with many of them maxing out their increase in values and tax. With this being the case, we wanted to be sure that you were aware that homestead exemption filings are due April 30th in Lubbock. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, LCAD is allowing the application to be filed online.
